Frequently Asked Questions
Answers to the questions buyers ask us most — about minimum order quantities, lead times, certification, anchoring, shipping and warranty. If your question is not here, ask us directly and we will answer within 12 working hours.
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Aqua park modules and trampolines: 1 set. AquaMats: 10 pcs. iSUP boards: 10 sets. Boat tubes: 20 pcs. Sample orders are welcome on most products, and sample cost is deductible from your first bulk order.
What are your typical lead times?
Stock items ship in 7–15 days. Standard production runs 15–30 days. Turnkey aqua park packages run 35–45 days including engineering and pressure testing. Sea freight adds 7–38 days depending on destination; we confirm a full schedule at order confirmation.
Do you support OEM and ODM (private label)?
Yes. OEM (your brand on our existing models) starts from 10–50 units depending on the product line: custom colours, logo printing, packaging and multilingual manuals. ODM (new shapes engineered for you) begins with a design brief and NDA, then 3D concept, structural review and a first article sample.
Which certifications do your products carry?
Commercial floating attractions follow EN ISO 25649 (EU) and are built to ASTM F2374 practice (US). Materials carry SGS / Intertek test reports for tensile strength, UV and phthalates. The factory operates under ISO 9001 and is BSCI audited. We prepare CE documentation and the compliance paperwork your importer or insurer needs.
How are inflatable aqua parks anchored?
Every park ships with a numbered mooring plan sized to your site: concrete blocks or screw anchors for lake and reservoir beds, elastic mooring lines for wave absorption, and bank-mounted systems for sites with water level variation. You send depth readings and bed type; we return the full anchoring drawing before production.
How long does an aqua park last in commercial use?
With correct operation and winter storage, 5–8 seasons is typical for the PVC structure; wear items (deck pads, handles, valves) are replaceable. We stock spare parts for the life of the product — parks we delivered in 2015 still run on our spares programme.
What warranty do you provide?
12 months commercial warranty against manufacturing defects on all products, plus lifetime spare-part supply. Consumer-grade defects found on arrival are replaced or credited — documented with photos, no lengthy dispute process.
What payment terms do you accept?
T/T (30% deposit, 70% against copy of B/L) is standard. L/C at sight for orders above USD 50,000. Trade Assurance and credit-card payment for sample orders. First-time buyers can start with a small sample order to qualify the relationship.
What is the price range of a commercial inflatable water park?
A starter park (4 m bounce base + iceberg + mats) lands around USD 5,000–7,000. A mid-size resort park (300–600 m²) typically runs USD 12,000–28,000. Full commercial parks of 800–1,500 m² with towers and runways range USD 30,000–70,000. Every quote is itemised: modules, pumps, anchoring, spares and freight.
Can I see a 3D design before ordering?
Yes. For projects above 300 m² we produce a free 3D layout concept with module placement, swim lanes, lifeguard positions and the anchor grid — you can use it for internal approval and even marketing before you commit.
How much does shipping cost, and which Incoterms do you support?
We quote EXW, FOB (Shanghai / Ningbo / Shenzhen), CIF and DDP. Typical sea freight: Europe 30–38 days, North America 25–35, Middle East 18–25, Australia 20–30, Southeast Asia 7–15. A 12-module turnkey park fits one 40 ft HQ container; DDP pricing is confirmed at order stage.
Do you provide operator training and manuals?
Every commercial delivery includes printed operations manuals, lifeguard zoning guidance, maintenance schedules and repair training videos in English (other languages on request). For turnkey parks we also offer live video onboarding for your staff before opening.
What material do you use — PVC or TPU?
Commercial aqua parks and trampolines use 0.9–1.2 mm reinforced PVC: proven, repairable and cost-efficient. iSUP boards use fused double-layer drop-stitch PVC. TPU (more eco-friendly, better cold flexibility) is available for boards and mats on request. We advise honestly per product — see our PVC vs TPU guide.
Can the park work in the sea / salt water?
Yes, with the marine spec: upgraded fittings, stainless anchor points and a rinsing protocol. Many of our parks operate in sheltered sea bays in Greece, Bali and Australia. Tell us your site during quotation and we configure the correct specification.
How many people can use a park at once?
Rule of thumb: 1 user per 8–10 m² of park. A 620 m² park comfortably hosts 60–90 simultaneous users with 120–200 users per hour throughput. Local safety regulations take precedence — we design to whichever is stricter.
How do I start a water park rental business?
Start with a site review (surface, depth, wind, access), pick a starter package around USD 5,000–12,000, and validate demand for one season before scaling. Our start-a-rental-business guide walks through costs, permits, insurance and a realistic payback model.
Tell Us About Your Water — We'll Size the Park
Send us the basics: water body (lake, sea bay, pool, reservoir), available surface area, water depth, target season and expected daily users. Our engineering team returns a layout proposal, itemised quotation and shipping estimate — usually within 12 working hours.
